At Teksouth we’ve created an environment where people want to work, to grow, and to develop professionally. It’s a plan that works well, as evidenced by our excellent retention rates. We’re blessed that our employees like working at Teksouth so much, they are telling others about Teksouth – what it’s like to work here – and people are coming to us.
We’ve noticed that in the software development industry there is as much effort put into recruiting as there is into taking care of customers and operating a business. At Teksouth we’ve been fortunate to have great people working for us, without having to recruit 24/7. And when people come to work at Teksouth, they tend to stay. Our retention rate in our technical department is nearly 95 percent annually, which is just phenomenal for this industry. Our customers notice. Such retention is extremely valuable to them, because they know we’re not putting “rookies” on projects, or trying to gain on-the-job experience at their expense. Our people know what they’re doing, and they’re doing what they know.
Even with our exceptional staff, at Teksouth we’re always looking for more good people – people who are eager to work, to learn, and to grow. We’ve found that those kind of people fit our wonderful working environment and enhance the experience for everyone – clients and coworkers alike.

We appreciate you visiting our web site and trust you’ll find helpful information about Teksouth. Your interest in who we are and what we do is important to us.
Since 1982 the Teksouth commitment has been to serve our Federal and Commercial clients by providing people and IT solutions that bring efficiency and success to their mission and business. It is a simple but effective idea that combines knowledge, experience, and responsiveness to facilitate the concept of “people supporting people.” When I left the military after 30 years, I joined Teksouth because they represented the values and performance that were important to me. Back then, besides knowledge, capability and experience, I needed a contractor who was dedicated to my mission, worked collaboratively as member of my team, showed flexibility in adapting to a changing environment, and honestly involved me and my people in everything that was important… a true value need! While a lot of contractors say they do these things, I found these values at the center of Teksouth’s operations and management. It is who they are, their “unique selling proposition,” setting them apart from others in industry. When asked, I answer… “ it’s the reason I came to Teksouth.”
Now that I am on the industry side of the equation, it is a pleasure to be working at Teksouth, serving our clients alongside 140 professionals who globally practice the same core values, and who measure personal success through the accomplishments of clients… that’s how we operate! In this limited space I have only touched on a small number of important elements that make Teksouth unique and set us apart from others in the industry. Our depth and breadth of experience, and our technical capability go far beyond my description above. We trust as you navigate our web site, you will discover that our technical diversity, performance values, and quality standards are a good match for your needs.
If these things are important to you, too, we want your business. And we promise you success when we have the opportunity to serve. Thank you for your interest in our company and the people who make up our team. We encourage you to continue exploring so you can learn more about our company and how we can help your business meet its mission.
