Richard DeVaughn, a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate leadership and board service across the United States, was selected to lead the Teksouth Board of Directors. Mr. DeVaughn’s track record in expanding market share, developing new market strategies, and managing mergers and acquisitions will be invaluable as Teksouth continues its growth trajectory.
Mr. DeVaughn is a successful entrepreneur and a highly respected senior executive known for his expertise in global manufacturing and technology operations, research and development, strategic planning, and product development in various sectors. He currently serves as President and CEO of The Arcadia Group International, and international consulting firm, as well as Chairman and CEO of JARO Media Services LLC, a technology media company. He is also the Co-Founder and CSO of Margin Expansion Solutions LLC.
Matt Bennett, representing the interests of Teksouth’s largest minority shareholder, will play a vital role in ensuring the company’s continued growth and pursuit of its ambitious goals.
Together, Richard DeVaughn and Matt Bennett bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Teksouth Board of Directors, positioning the company for success in the ever-evolving technology and consulting industry.
