Gardendale, AL – Teksouth Corporation is pleased to announce the appointment of William “Bill” Bowser to its Board of Directors, effective June 5, 2025. A seasoned executive with over 40 years of experience in federal business development, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic growth, Bill brings a wealth of knowledge that will support Teksouth’s continued expansion in the federal and commercial marketplace.
Bill currently serves as a Principal with Deep Water Point Associates and is President of Bowser & Associates, LLC, where he advises companies on M&A, business turnarounds, and strategic planning. He has held executive leadership roles at ManTech, TranTech, NCI Information Systems, Regent Systems, and CACI, among others. His career includes securing multi-billion-dollar federal contracts, leading corporate transformations, and managing both buy- and sell-side M&A transactions.
